Q: Damaged delivery and significant delays

In the unlikely event the print arrives damaged, a free of charge replacement will be sent. If a refund is sought due to a significant postal delay, the product will need to be returned. Refunds may be withheld until the returns are received.

Q: What is Giclée printing?

A Giclée print is a high quality archival inkjet print. We use The Print Shop, a print company with an excellent reputation for quality prints and inks on archival paper. You can learn more about the printing process on their website here: theprintspace.co.uk/photo-art-printing-service/

Q: Do you do commissions?
