Blackhouse Rain
Blackhouse Rain
45 x 50cm
Mixed Media Collage
The Traditional Blackhouse is an image I have worked with for several years now. Here is it printed twice, on different coloured backgrounds and at different sizes. Through splicing the giclee prints at a shallow angle, and mixed with map fragments, the results is the sensation of the Hebridean rain, often persistent and regularly felt in downpours.
Framed in a quality black wooden frame behind glass.
